Hoann EA Electric Car Launched in Nepal at Rs 20.99 Lakh with Free Electric Scooter

Hoann, a relatively unknown Chinese automaker, has officially entered the Nepalese market with its compact electric car, the Hoann EA, priced at Rs 20.99 lakh.

To make the launch more attractive, buyers will also receive a complimentary electric scooter worth Rs 1.59 lakh.

Designed as a small city EV, the Hoann EA is powered by a 25 kW electric motor, capable of reaching a top speed of 100 km/h. It comes equipped with a 23.96 kWh battery, offering a driving range of up to 280 km per charge, although the test cycle has not been specified.

Charging options include standard AC charging, which takes around seven hours, and DC fast charging, which reduces the time to just 40 minutes.

In terms of size, the Hoann EA measures 3,500 mm in length, 1,500 mm in width, and 1,540 mm in height, with a ground clearance ranging between 160–170 mm. Its compact dimensions and practical specifications make it a city-friendly EV suitable for everyday commuting.
